Usually it is always last names we do, however if indicated we can do other names here and even leave the word "the" off. We can also leave the Est date off too, but only upon request in the notes. We will do exactly how you type it out for the information! We can also replace "the" and "est" with something else if you prefer but it must be communicated in the notes.
