-select animal type
-in the notes, state pet name, year of loss, (we can do other animal types, please just contact us prior.. for example, a turtle footprint)

IF YOU ARE ORDERING THIS AS A GIFT AND SENDING DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE ELSE:
-please mark as a gift during the checkout process (this makes a gift receipt with no pricing)
-PLEASE if you DO mark as a gift and are sending it directly to the recipient, please make sure to add a note/message to them so they know who it is from. If you do not do this there will be no note or message whom it is from and we have no way to know these things as well in some cases. We are not responsible if you do not state who it is from in the notes!
